Most Orders will ship within 72 hours after we receive them providing the merchandise is in stock. Some items may take up to 10 days before orders will be shipped. If shipment of an item will take longer than 10 days we will notify you by e-mail with the expected shipping date.


Unused items in new condition and in original packaging only may be returned for full credit within 14 days of purchase, excluding shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at 1-866-601-8931 with an order number and reason for the return before shipping the item back. All returns must have an assigned Return Authorization number clearly written on the outside label to be accepted. It is recommended that you insure the item before returning it.


$5.00 on orders totaling up to $75. $9.95 on orders with gold items, or orders totaling over $75. Priority mail – 2 day delivery. International orders $9.95.
